The team has noticed concerning voices within the community. IdavollDAO has always been operating with contributors globally, and is operating normally to carry out daily development. In accordance to our development timeline, the development of investment DAO infrastructure will be on the way. In addition, the team has acquired additional contributing members to the team in the United States of America and decided to expand the product’s influence there.

The US has always been the hub of Web3 innovation, which strongly aligns the development and marketing goal of IdavollDAO. However, certain compliance checks has to be made in regard to: 1. Investment DAO, as the infrastructure involves DAO structure driven entity with individual customisable cash flow models, it is discussed within IdavollDAO that such structure could face future regulations. 2. Team members KYC, due to tightening financial and crypto related regulations.

Therefore, the co-founder Alina is temporarily on leave in accordance, with the team deciding to further the decentralization of IdavollDAO and handing over governance and influence power back to the community at the same time. It is also in discussion of the separation of IdavollDAO with the Investment DAO as a module, in order to preserve the integrity of the entire project, as well as the safety of our investors.
