Product and Development Update

1. The Alpen team is keeping track of the most recent ‘The Merge’ progress in ETH 2.0. Assets will be available on the newer POS-chain as well as the former POW-chain after ‘The Merge’. The Alpen will always support the assets on POS-chain, but for the assets, on the POW-chain the team will leave the decision for the community to make.
2. The testnet integration is still in progress. Since Ethereum has completed the ‘Goerli’ testnet ‘merge’, the Alpen team is development and integrating the new ‘Goerli’ testnet into Alpen.
3. The staking for Idavoll and Map in Alpen1.5 was postponed due to the network upgrade for MAP POC-3. The reward of the current Alpen 1.5'staking is forced to enter the waiting period. Since the last block reward before a restart was generated in block 3433056, the reward generation needs to wait until the POC-3 network block reaches block 3433056 (currently 760000). During this period, users can still freely access IDV.

Marketing and Business Updates

1. Idavoll DAO cross-chain DAO platform support to other chains is in progress.
2. The team is working on onboarding more strategic partners.
